Course Objective In this course aim is to introduce the importance, need and development steps of decision support systems. In addition, the course offers an in depth understanding of ERP which is an important decision support tool.
Course Content Decision making process, decision making under certainty, decision making methods, development of decision support systems, system analysis, business process modeling, ERP software components, ERP training.
