Course Objective The aim of the course is to inform students about the basic concepts of emotional intelligence and to improve their analysis skills by enabling the discussion of the effects of emotional intelligence on business life.
Course Content This course will be discussed basic concepts of emotional intelligence; the importance of the emergence of the concept of emotional intelligence, specifications, models and sizes to be mentioned, to be analyzed the relationship between emotional intelligence and conflict management leadership, will be discussed with examples from Turkey and also from the world.
