Course Objective	The main aim of this course is to inform the evolution of EU Social Policy, social partners of EU and EU-Turkey social policy relations.
Course Content	The content of this course is the concept of soc. Pol., historical evolution, the constitution of EU and institutions, the aim, content historical evolution, sources, instruments of EU soc. pol social dialog, EU-Turkey soc.pol. relations.

1	To have knowledge about the concept of social policy and historical development of social policy
2	To have knowledge about historical development of EU and its theoretic strucrture.

5	To have knowledge about the institutional and structural instruments of EU social policy.
6	To have knowledge about the topics of EU social partners and social dialog.
7	To compare and analyze the EU-Turkey social policy relations and to compare the differences.
