Course Objective The goal of this course is to examine contemporary concepts, approaches, theories and applications in the public administration and public sector.
Course Content Classical public administration approach, system theory in public administration, chaos and complexity sciences in public administration, American new public administration movement, new public management, governance, inter-sectoral collaboration and partnerships, the New Right and minimal state theory, public choice theory, post-modernism and post-bureaucracy in public administration, strategic planning and performance management in public sector, discipline of public administration, European Union and national public administration within EU
Prerequisites No the prerequisite of lesson.
Corequisite No the corequisite of lesson.
