Course Objective The main objectives of this course is to teach management and organizational concepts, enlighten actual management and organizational approaches and explain how management and organizational theories are used in business life.
Course Content Management and organizational concepts, introduction to management approaches, classical management approaches, Taylor theorem and its principles, scientific management, administrative process management, bureaucratic management, neo-classical management approach, modern management approach, management by objectives, management functions, contemporary management approaches: total quality management, outsourcing, network organizations, reengineering, personnel empowerment, benchmarking, learning organizations, strategic alliances, competence-based management, valuations of work conditions in terms of management and organizational theories.
Prerequisites No the prerequisite of lesson.
