Course Content Basic Principles and Historical Process of Industrial Relations, Theoretical Approachs and Governmental Act in Industrial Relations, Structure of Unions in Industrial Relations and Their Problems, Structure of Collective Barganing and Its Problems, Theoretical Concepts and Definitions of Strike and Lockout Actual Problems of Industrial Relations and The Evolution of Industrial Relations in Turkey. .
