Course Objective It is aimed that teacher candidates will be able to know the measurement tools used in education and the properties of these tools. In addition to this, it is also the purpose of the course to understand the points to be considered in the evaluation of learning outcomes.
Course Content Measurement tools used in education and their properties; tools based on traditional approaches: Written exams, short answer exams, true-false type tests, multiple choice tests, paired tests, oral examinations; tools for multidimensional definition of student: observation, interview, performance evaluation, student product file, research papers, research projects, peer evaluation, self evaluation, attitude scales; points to consider in assessing student achievement; evaluating and grading the learning outcomes.
