Course Objective The aim of the course is to understand the relation between education and technology and to recognize the basic concepts and elements that are underlined in the context of the historical development of instructional technologies.
Course Content The relationship between education and technology; basic concepts; historical development of instructional technology; development policies, applications and projects of instructional technology İn Turkey since 1980; technology and new literacy concepts; student features in the 21st century; basic concepts of information and communication technologies; developments of information and communication technologies; up-to-date information and communication technologies used in teaching environments; environment and tools used in education-training process; future information and communication technologies and relationship with learning and trainig.
Prerequisites No the prerequisite of lesson.
