Course Objective	Goal of this lesson is student to recognize mobile application development environments, to be able to choose an aprropriate platform according to advantages and disadvantages of each platform and to be able to develop mobile applications, to recognize and express the Mobile Learning and its terms and to be able to develop mobile learning applications
Course Content	Platforms for developing mobile applications, Android, iOS, BlackBerry, Symbian OS and Windows Mobile operating systems and platforms appropriate for those operating systems and features, mobile learning, developing mobile learning applications in accordance with instructional design principles
