Course Objective The aim of this lesson is students to know the historical development, foundations , terms, learning environments of distance education, one-way and two-way technologies and their specifications, to be able to access to researches about distance education, open courses and programs for children and adults and analyse them, to know and identify system and subsystems of distance education, learning managements systems and their features.
Course Content History of distance education; instructional environments using distance education; technologies used in distance education: TV, video, radio and written materials; techniques and methods used in planning, preparing and applying these technologies.
