Course Objective	Basic concepts of statistics, organization of data, descriptive statistics, probability calculations, distributions their applications in statistics package programs. .
Course Content	The aim of this course is to provide students with information about the basic concepts of statistics, organization of data, descriptive statistics, probability calculations, distributions and their applications in statistics package programs.

COURSE LEARNING OUTCOMES

1	Will be able to know the basic concepts about statistics
2	Will be able to use apply coding and entering data, data tabulation and summarization
3	Will be able to use frequency distribution and graphs
4	Will be able to know measures of central tendency and measures of variability, probability distributions (normal distribution, sampling distribution and central limit theorem)
5	Will be able to transform raw scores to standard scores (Z scores, T Scores)
6	Will be able to use correlation and simple linear regression analysis
