Course Objective Students understand the processes of education and school management issues and approaches developed theories about the processes must be implemented in schools in a contemporary understanding of how to advance.
Course Content The basic concepts of organization and management, the classical organization theories, neo-classical organizational theories, contemporary theories, management processes (decision making, planning, organizing, communication, coordination, affecting the assessment).

1 Understands basic concepts of organization and management.
2 Classical management theories and principles of the understanding.
3 Understands the theory and principles of the Neo-Classical Management.
4 Understands the principles and theories of contemporary management.
5 Classical, Neo-classical and contemporary analyzes the differences between management theories.
6 Management knows the processes.
7Decision-making, planning, organizing, communication, coordination, and evaluation processes influencing adapt to the school setting.
