Course Objective The aim of thhis course is to discuss the basic concepts of human rights and democracy and behevior patterns about this concepts.
Course Content Human, Human Rights Universal Declaration, European Human Rights treaty, philosophical fundamentals of human rights and democracy. Societal treaty, community-life the process of change of the principle of human rights and democracy to behavior, from the view of input-process-output in Turkish education System, the required behavioral figures for human rights and democracy .
Prerequisites No the prerequisite of lesson.
Corequisite No the corequisite of lesson.

COURSE LEARNING OUTCOMES
1the students know the basic concepts of social order rules and can explain the differences of them.
2the students know the basic concepts in human rights and democracy.
3the students understand the historical development of human rights and democracy in west country.
4the students understand the historical development of human rights and democracy in our country.
5the students know the constitutional development in our country and recognize the constitutions
6the students know the 1982 constitution of Republic of Turkey
7the students understand the transition of Human rights to international area.
8the students know the education of human rights and citizenship and understand the importance of them.
