Course Objective The aim of this course is to evaluate the definition and the causes of behavior disorders according to different theories, classic classification and DSM IV diagnostic criteria; behavior disorders in childhood according to DSM IV diagnostic criteria, intervention strategies and clinical observation. .

1The students will be able to describe major concepts about behavioral disorders.
2The students will be able to comprehend behavioral disorders in historical process.
3The students will be able to identify the subjects of behavioral disorders.
4The students will be able to recognize the dimensions of psychological assessment.
5The students will be able to identify normal and abnormal behaviors through psychological assessment.
6The students will be able to discuss difficulties in the classification of normal and abnormal behaviors.
7The students will be able to interpret the human behaviors in the context of normal and abnormal behaviors.
8The students will be able to comprehend different theoretical approaches in assessment of normal and abnormal behaviors.
