Course Objective The aim of this course is to evuluate the behaviors of the individuals in the working environment in order to produce scientific based solutions to the problems related to the field of work and organization, to know the social and psychological processes necessary for the improvement and development of the work place and to examine and evaluate the behavior of the employees with quantitative methods.
