COURSE DESCRIPTION
Course Level Bachelor's Degree

Course Objective It is aimed to determine the developmental characteristics of the individuals who are in the process from birth until death and their relation with the adaptation of the individual, adjustment problems that may occur depending on the periods and prevention of adjustment problems.
Course Content Normality, the concept of anomalies with different perspectives, diagnosis systems and diagnosis criteria of adaptation disorder in systems, differential diagnosis criteria in diagnosis of adaptation disorders (post-traumatic stress disorder, oppositional disorder, maladaptive behavioral disorder), reasons for handling adaptation disorders according to age, adjustment disorders protective factors and risk factors; first childhood, second childhood period, adolescence period, young adulthood, adulthood, old age   adjustment disorders and coping with them.
Prerequisites No the prerequisite of lesson.
Corequisite No the corequisite of lesson.
