Course Objective This lesson aims to students to have following skills To gain awareness about the possibilities and the threats arising from technology that emerge with the development of technology. To be able to interpret the relationships in the triangle of technology, society and individual. Developing the ability to explain technological developments to Communities, Institutions and people., To have knowledge about the functioning and effective use of digital media. • Know how to plan proper technology and innovation policy as a company employee. Recognize, explain, critique, and use several of the new communication technologies used by people in a digital age • Analyze the relationship that science and technology have to a contemporary social issue
Course Content This course is planned so that the participants can acquire awareness about the opportunities and threats of technology and comment on the changing relations between technology and society and improve the ability to represent today’s technology in society, and have knowledge of the process and proper usage of digital media and to prepare proper technology and innovation policy as a company employee.
