Course Objective Teaching the skills that pre-service teachers will need for knowing the basic concepts of law, dealing with legal problems within the scope of protective law practices, knowing their rights and recognizing the responsibilities accompanying their rights, seeking their rights and accessing justice, and their applications (court decision analysis, sample case studies, use of petition right at local and national level, etc.) to teacher candidates.
Course Content Dersin içeriği 1)Temel hukuk kavramlarını açıklanır. 2)Hukuk, adalet ve eşitlik kavramının kapsamını ve birbirleriyle ilişkilerini açıklanır. 3) Anayasa, kanun (yasa) ve hukuk devleti kavramları açıklanır. Düşünce özgürlüğü, kişi dokunulmazlığı, mülkiyet hakkı, ailenin korunması ve çocuk hakları, özel hayatın gizliliği, tüketici hakkı gibi hakların korunmasına genel olarak yer verilir. 4) “Adil Yargılanma Hakkı” ve bununla ilişkili “Hak Arama Hürriyeti ile Sınırları”, “Savunma Hakkı” ve adli yardımdan da bahsedilir. 5) Şikâyet, ihbar, tanıklık, dilekçe, dava ve itiraz hakkından bahsedilir. Ayrıca yargılama özneleri olan davacı, davalı, sanık ve mağdur kavramlarına değinilir. 6) Hukuka aykırı durumların bireysel, toplumsal ve ekonomik sonuçlarına değinilir. 1) Explains the basic legal concepts. 2) Explain the scope of the concept of law, justice and equality and their relations with each other. 3) The concepts of constitution, law (law) and rule of law are explained.
