Course Objective The aim of this course is to teach the political, social, economic and military developments and the development of the Ottoman civilization from the foundation of the Ottoman State to the Treaty of Küçük Kaynarca.
Course Content The period from the foundation of the Ottoman Empire (1299) to the Treaty of Küçük Kaynarca (1774); political developments in the Ottoman State during this period; state organization and local government units; social life and social institutions, cultural developments and characteristics of important personalities; The relationship between the Ottoman State and other states and communities.
Prerequisites No the prerequisite of lesson.
Corequisite No the corequisite of lesson.
