Course Objective To comprehend the politics literacy which is known as the 21st century skill and included in the 2018 social studies curriculum, to experience some skills with in-class practices and to show their benefits in their application in schools.
Course Content What is political literacy? Related concepts and concept map. The nature of politics and the its process of science. Philosophical background of politics and scientific methods. Politics literacy skills and methods of gaining them. Skill to participate in management, to participate in public debates, and to develop a sense of global citizenship. The link between politics literacy and active citizenship. New research and application examples on politics literacy
