COURSE DESCRIPTION
Course Level Bachelor's Degree

Course Objective Explaining and embodying the effects of geography, human and communication elements that triggered the political, cultural, commercial and social developments of humanity from the earliest ages of humanity to the present day.
Course Content Prehistoric period and certain settlements of the prehistoric period, the development of humanity in prehistory, the first village settlements, city-states and their contributions to civilization, the characteristics of Mesopotamian, Egyptian and Anatolian civilizations and their contributions to humanity, Indo-Chinese and American civilizations, Aegean, Greek and Roman civilizations and legacy of these civilizations.
Prerequisites No the prerequisite of lesson.
Corequisite No the corequisite of lesson.

9Identify the similarities and differences of these civilizations.
10Will be able to examine the effects of ancient civilizations on the development of humanity and today.
