Course Objective To be able to comprehend the concepts related to measurement and evavluation; ability to grasp measured features in education; counting various measurement tools; understand the basic purpose of the measurement tools; development of measurement tools; varios data analysis on measures and evaluate students according the the measurement results.
Course Content Place and importance of measurement and evaluation in education; basic concepts of measurement and evaluation; psychometric (validity, reliability, usability) properties of measurement tools; development and implementation of achievement tests; interpretation of test results and giving feedback; analysis of test and item scores; evaluation and grading.
Prerequisites No the prerequisite of lesson.
