Course Objective The purpose of this course is to provide teacher education candidates with theoretical and practical experiences about STEM in preschool period. It is aimed to help teacher candidates to plan integrated activities that are based on mathematics and science by considering the distinguishing features of each STEM discipline. Also, they will learn how to guide children to have early and effective experiences.
Course Content STEM in preschool education, its significance, basic principles, investigating and planning STEM examples for different age groups
