Course Objective To be able to analyze historical and current political, geopolitical and economic structures in the region to wide spatial scale
Course Content Definitions, Geopolitics concept, main views on political geography, physical factors in political geography (location, area, borders, landforms, climate, waters, lands, natural resources), human factors in political geography (population, culture, military and / economic communities), political formations which Turkey (NATO, EU), the Middle East countries, the Balkans, the Caucasus countries and relations with the Turkish Republic, transboundary waters, straits, continental shelf and Aegean problem, the OECD countries in the world political and economic organizations
Prerequisites No the prerequisite of lesson.
