Course Objective To introduce Kyrgyz oral literature which has an important place in General Turkish Literature and leading writers and poets of this literature.
Course Content Kyrgyz classical literature; The development and occur of classical literary works; Lyrical works; Didactic works; Epic artifacts and the Manas Epic.
Prerequisites No the prerequisite of lesson.
Corequisite No the corequisite of lesson.

COURSE LEARNING OUTCOMES
1To acquire new knowledge and concepts in the field of Kyrgyz folk literature and to acquire the ability to perceive the relationship between knowledge and concepts depending on it.
2Achieving the ability to access Kyrgyz Folk literature resources and to benefit from the sources within the framework of scientific criteria.
3To acquire the skill of composing, analyzing, criticizing and interpreting the information, knowledge and thought given in the field of Kyrgyz Folk literature.
4To be able to recognize scientific methods in the field of Kyrgyz folk Literature, to make compilation studies and to gain ability to examine them.
5To acquire the knowledge, equipment skills that can make deep knowledge of the Kyrgyz folk literature area and do postgraduate studies.
6To be able to recognize other disciplines in the field of Turkish World Literature and to gain a holistic look ability by making comparative studies and analysis with Kyrgyz Folk literature.
7To acquire the ability to acquire national and universal cultural elements and to prepare new and up-to-date productions in the field of Kyrgyz Folk literature.
8Gaining the ability to transmit information in an easy and understandable way, verbally and in writing.
