Course Objective	Aim of this lesson is to learn advanced level of swimming and life saving theoretical knowledge, skills and techniques.
Course Content	Lifesaving, survival and first aid for the transfer of theoretical knowledge, learning and teaching of basic techniques and skills. Breaststroke and butterfly in swimming technique and application of the technique to teach.
Prerequisites	No the prerequisite of lesson.
Corequisite	No the corequisite of lesson.

1	Swimming with the basic theoretical knowledge and history understanding.
2	Know and apply the technique of free-swimming.
