Course Objective
After comprehending material knowledge and deterioration in glazed works in detail, it is aimed to document, clean, consolidation, repair and maintenance works within the scope of restoration and conservation methods.
Course Content
After the determination of defects in glazed works, the relief of the decorations, preparation of Comprehensive Case Reports and other documentation types, determination of the materials used during conservation and/or transportation, cleaning methods for glazed works, consolidation applications and fixing the original parts of the work, painting and/or different finishing methods of the missing parts.
