Course Objective The aim of this course is to provide systematic thinking, expressing one's thoughts using mathematical language and methods of proving.
Course Content Logic, Sets, Methods of Proofs, Relations, Functions, Peano Axioms, Natural Numbers, Integers, Rational Numbers.

COURSE LEARNING OUTCOMES
1Learns the consept of the logic, "and", "or" operations.
2Learns the structure of the sets and operations on sets.
3Learns to prove the theorems with proof methods.
4Learns the concepts of the relation and equivalence relation.
5Learns the functions, 1-1, onto and inverse functions.
6Learns the Peano Axioms and obtains the Natural Numbers.
7Obtains the Natural Numbers and defines the Binary Operations on Natural Numbers.
8Obtains the Integers and defines the Binary Operations on Integers.
9Obtains the Rational Numbers and defines the Binary Operations on Rational Numbers.
