Course Objective The aim of this course is to provide the basis for the medical and non-medical radiation physics education.
Course Content Basic Radiation Physics, Dosimetric Principles, Radiation Quantities and Units, Radiation Dosimeters, Radiation Monitoring Instruments, Individual Monitoring, Treatment Machines for External Beam Radiotherapy, External Photon Beams, Photo-Multiplier Tube Calibration.
Prerequisites No the prerequisite of lesson.
Corequisite No the corequisite of lesson.

2Knows the basic mathematics of radioactivity.
