Course Objective	The boundaries of urban sociology, the basic concepts and theories to deal with the city theories.
Course Content	Introducton to the urban sociology, constitution and evoluton of urban , causes of urbanization, before and after of indutry, costs in Turkey , modernism, postmodernism, urban, ekonomi, crime, suicide, violence, world city. Development of city and approaches and systematic theories on city. Approaches that discussing the city as a centre of the accumulation of capital. Globalization and world city, politics of urbanisation and development and problems of housing. .
