Course Objective The aim of course is recognizing the basic objectives of the discipline of Art History of the Seljuk and Ottoman period, which is the subject for examination of the works to teach the Arabic alphabet, resolving the alphabet created to cultural property.
Course Content Teaching the recognition of the alphabet, syllables, words and sentences, reading, and meaning, reflected in the characteristics of Arab and Persian language, features reflected on Turkish language.
Prerequisites No the prerequisite of lesson.
Corequisite No the corequisite of lesson.

COURSE LEARNING OUTCOMES
1Will be able to gain ability to read inscriptions from monuments as fountain, mosque.
2Will be able to gain ability to read the calligraphic lines.
3Will be able to explain phenomenons and materials of Art History with it’s formation and phases.
4Will be able to recognize the value of cultural heritage.
5Will be able to determine the dates of the buildings and monuments.
