Course Objective -To present both the developments in the human rights areas from antiquity to the present and the developments of the human rights’ history
Course Content -Starting from the antiquity progress in the area of human rights,human rights’ declaration(English rights declaration Magna Carta etc.),American independency rights,French human and citizen rights declaration,the human rights developments and appliance in the Ottoman and Republic period, arising of the united nations’ fundamental law, European Council and human rights.
Prerequisites No the prerequisite of lesson.
Corequisite No the corequisite of lesson.
