Course Objective This lesson aims to teach the late period of Byzantium from the IXth century to the XVth century. Particularly will focus on the reasons of the decline and fall of the Byzantine Empire, the relations of the Byzantine with Venetians, the Crusades and the Byzantine-Turkish relations.
