Course Objective This course aims to teach the political and cultural history of Contemporary Turkish states and Turkish communities in the 19th and 20th century, their relations with the Turkish republic, and the basis of the policy of Turkish Republic about the other Turkish communities.
Course Content This course covers the subjects such as the 1906 Revolution and Turks, the congresses of Muslim communities in Russia, Sultan Galiyev, the foundation and disintegration Soviet Russia, independent Turkish states and the Turkish communities.
Prerequisites No the prerequisite of lesson.
