COURSE DESCRIPTION

Course Objective The purpose of the course, the organization of human resources in the business environment flasher is an understanding of effective management techniques. In this context, the organization of the human function and human resource management systems, procedures and activities within the scope of the evaluation, such as ethical practices during the administration of workers in the framework of the area will better understand the function. Strategic human resource management, globalization, performance evaluation, training, employee motivation, reward techniques, change management and flexibility within the scope of the course topics will be discussed.
Course Content Definition of Human Resource Management, scope, importance and place in the organizational structure, personnel management, human resource management functions of the underlying; job analysis and job design, human resources planning, human resources, supply process, performance evaluation system, wage concept; wage systems, job evaluation, job security and employee health, the manager's characteristics; operating principles, corporate culture and human resources are processed in the new formations.
