The people factors, its elements , importance and the target mass, the difference and the similarities of public relations in terms of advertisement and programs, the foundational advertisement and its importance, the personal relations, the person in social structure ,communication, culture and environment , four steps principle and the ways to be followed in public relations ,the principles to be followed in public relations .
