Course Objective It is aimed to obtain information about the basic issues and concepts related to retail management, to inform students about retail sales strategies, e-retailing, competition and new strategies in the retail sector, and category management.
Course Content Concepts related to retailing, how retailers should plan in today's changing complex retailing environment, determining the target customer group, collecting information, choosing and designing store locations, product and category management, managing a retail company, pricing, classification of retail organizations, e-retailing, retailing. Its development in Turkey.
