Course Content	Service contracts and liabilities in the law of obligations and labor law and administrative and penal sanctions and audit activities arising therefrom. Temporary incapacity benefits and permanent incapacity incomes.

COURSE LEARNING OUTCOMES

1	The ability of the employer to evaluate and interpret the responsibilities of both the Law 6331 and the Law of Obligations in a broad sense.
2	In the working life, case cases and case cases of occupational accidents or occupational diseases and administrative and penal sanctions will be able to make comments about.
3	Information on other responsibilities covered by the working life in the Law of Obligations.
4	Occupational health and safety and knowledge in areas where criminal law intersects.
