Course Content Process and workflow of ‘Application- Bank’s enquiry- Loan Backings- Loan utilization’ in retail Banking Loans – The Stages of Commercial Loans Package Preparation process: Idendification and visiting of target customer,reporting of customer call analysis/Required documents and information for Commercial Credit analysis / Process of Bank's Enquiry and Sources of Bank’s Enquiry for Commercial Loans/ Preparation of ‘Basic Informational Report’ and ‘Financial Analysis Report’ in the context of Credit worthiness / Issuing of ‘Letter Offering Loans’ following Rating assesment / Issuing of ‘Letter of Loan Sanction’ and the factors to be taken into consideration.
