Course Objective Building, site, office and shopping centers to provide technical information related to the management.
Course Content Definition and properties of building management and site management, work programs, operational projects, personnel management, and contract forms, regulation of the payroll costs, notification and severance pay, problems and solutions, evacuation of housing units in the states of the doorman, annual and periodic maintenance, renovations, gardening and landscaping, and building internal relationships within the site complied with the rules required, training of staff, tenants and owners of housing-related issues and methods of solution.
