Course Objective Purpose and scope of real estate evaluation, real estate evaluation methods, the basic criteria that should be taken into consideration in the evaluations of real estate that cadastral and zoning parcels, especially different types of structure, methods of value determination of different real estate and with application examples,in the economic conjuncture and changes experienced by a system of loans for housing sales and powers and responsibilities of expertise with reflections of these changes
Course Content Description of building and land;buildings, land and land valuation methods; cost approach, sales comparison approach, income capitalization approach to valuation methods, implementation techniques;principles and conditions of the reconciliation of value indicators; learning the procedure for editing the valuation report, the most effective and efficient use analysis
