Course Objective Consumer behavior and marketing concepts to students in the basic approach is to teach modern behavior.

COURSE LEARNING OUTCOMES
1Understands the importance of consumer and customer concepts in terms of marketing
2Understands theories about consumer behaviours and its implementations in marketing
3Learns physicologic, socio-cultural, situational, economic and personal factors that affect consumer behaviours and to comprehend marketing strategies that are imporved towards to these factors.
4Learns purchasing facilities step by step in consumer behaviours and to comprehend each strategy that are consitituted for each step.
5Explains importance of informations about consumer behaviors in terms of marketing, to control on understanding consumer behaviours.
