Contact types and models, to communicate effectively and convincing way to explain. Topics A-Contact the concept definition and meaning. B-Contact-building roads, barriers and the D-problemleri.C Organizational Communication types and models of communication functionality.

COURSE LEARNING OUTCOMES

1	Analyzes the elements of communication by learning the basic concepts of communication
2	Learns the concepts on the elents, process and operation of communication
3	learns the ability of Comprehension of the constructive and distruptive types of communication and overcoming communication barriers and gaining the ability to communicate effectively
4	Develops verbal, nonverbal (body language) and written communication skills
5	Recognizes forms of communication and language free factors and understanding the importance of them
6	Learns organizational communication, grup and mass communication
