Course Objective Economic, cultural and health importance of tropical climate fruit species, physiological and morphological structure and behavior of evergreen fruit trees, systematics of fruit species, species and cultivar characteristics, cultural practices and maintenance operations, harvest and post-harvest current practices.
Course Content Tropical climate and tropical climate characteristics - Physiological and morphological structures of evergreen fruit trees - Principles of cultivation of tropical climate fruit species - Understanding the economic and cultural importance of tropical climate fruits - Development of marketing and evaluation methods in tropical products - Principles of sustainable production in tropical fruit species.
